No.

Monk Musician provides educational music instruction informed by principles of mindfulness and sustainable learning.

Our courses are not medical treatment or mental health therapy.

How long are practice sessions?

Most sessions are designed to fit comfortably into everyday life and can be completed in a short amount of time.

Do I need to practice every day?

No.

Consistency is more important than perfection.

Even a few thoughtful practice sessions each week can build lasting progress.

What are guided practice sessions?

Guided practice sessions combine music instruction with mindful breathing, listening, and reflection to help create a calmer and more enjoyable practice experience.

Can I repeat lessons?

Absolutely.

You're encouraged to revisit lessons as often as you'd like.

Growth often happens through repetition.

Will I always have access to my course?

Access depends on the course or membership you've purchased. Please refer to the Membership Terms for complete details.

How long are the courses?

Each course is divided into manageable lessons that encourage steady, sustainable progress.

Rather than rushing toward completion, we encourage learning through consistency.

Can I restart my membership later?

Yes.

We'll be happy to welcome you back whenever you're ready.

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership according to the Membership Terms. Your access will continue through the remainder of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

What instruments do you teach?

Do I need any musical experience?
